Tascroft Rise Phase 4, Warminster

This project for Redrow Homes represents the final Phase 4 of the West Warminster masterplan area south of Victoria Road, known as Tascroft Rise. This phase contributes 54 dwellings, including 16 affordable homes to the South West corner of the scheme. The design includes a wide landscaping buffer to the A36 with play area and well connected pedestrian footpaths.
