This project comprises the production of design documentation to support an outline application including a massing model, Design and Access Statement, Concept Masterplan and Illustrative Layout. As part of our involvement in the project we assisted with the community engagement and local authority liasion.

Indeed, a collaborative approach to working with the local authority was key to unlocking the full potential of the site.

Outline approved in April 2021.
