This Cavanna Homes project will create a highly sustainable residential
community – to the East of Exeter.
It will comprise 79 much-needed and high-quality homes, including 22
affordable dwellings.
The landscape and green infrastructure strategy has been a key influence
in this development. For instance, two areas of Public Space will enhance the
experience of the residents by providing biodiverse space for informal
recreation and play, and allowing for a local variety of apple tree to mature,
set within a wildflower grassland.
This project will allow for connections across the site, as well as for
future connections between the local centre, Country Park and Science Park
extension for both pedestrians and cyclists.
For this project we provided Urban Design, Architectural and
Masterplanning expertise as part of a team of consultants.
The masterplan was evolved and refined through a series of community
consultation events and LPA design workshops.
