Primrose Lane, Upper Mudford, Yeovil

This landscape-led Masterplan aids the delivery of a new mixed-use development on the north east edge of Yeovil, including employment land, community facilities, retail and residential parcels all linked together via an extensive network of green spaces. This complex project was consulted on at multiple stages prior to approval in 2019.

Working with Abbey Manor Group, PLACE By Design formed part of a multi-disciplinary team that has delivered a strong development framework for future detailed design teams to embrace.
