Ospringe Brickworks, Faversham

The vision for this site was derived through the outline application process and included an extensive pre-application consultation, public consultation and a design review. The vision for the site’s redevelopment was refined through that process and is:

“…to create a high quality, well connected new neighbourhood providing an attractive legacy for the Cremer Whiting Brickworks, creating an attractive place for people to live and play." 

The project for Linden Homes South East, proposed 123 new dwellings of which 26 are to be affordable, providing much need housing to the local community. A rigorous design process with the local authority enhanced the scheme creating a distinctive character.
