Working with Vistry Partnerships South West, PBD prepared the planning application for this 5.69 Ha site, located on the eastern settlement edge of Longrock village, the proposal for 154 new homes comprising of 20% section 106 affordable homes, 10% affordable homes delivered by Sanctuary, with the remaining 70% comprising a range of open market homes. This great location will become a fantastic addition to the existing community.
