Key Worker Apartments

The design of this project focused on an efficient plan to deliver 12 key worker flats, with two 2-beds and two 1-beds on each floor. Prepared for Eagle One this delivers the required key worker housing to the wider Tithebarn Green development. Approved March 2020.

The elevations follow the principles set by neighbouring parcels of housing, thus ensuring consistency of the wider development.
