H5, Tithebarn Green, Redhayes

This project prepared for Eagle One proposes 33 new dwellings including 8 affordable dwellings, next to the new local centre and public open space at Tithebarn Green. Approved May 2020.

The modern design aims to give the scheme its own identity within the wider context of housing, providing a variety of configurations and orientations to maximise views of the public open space to the south and west, whilst providing clear links to the wider developments.
