This project was a Full Planning Application for development of the site known as ‘Greenlands’ on Comeytrowe Orchard, Taunton.

The proposed development comprises the demolition of the existing house on the site, and the construction of three new four-bedroom homes. The largest of these dwellings will be a family home for the applicant.
