This application for 151 dwelling was
partly re-planned by PLACE By Design to aid our client in delivering an
improved scheme.
Working with Linden Homes South East this
revised area of 53 dwellings (30% of which will be affordable) with associated
landscaping, open space, car and cycle parking.
The updated application helps to
create a more responsive design frontage for the dwellings that are facing
important open spaces and to bring more variety with new house types whilst
still maintaining regularity within the streetscene. The addition of car ports and improved material pallet
aims to enhance the rest of the development.
