Fairfax Heath, Tiverton

Fairfax Heath is located to the east of Tiverton, between the A361 to the north and Uplowman Road the south. This site benefitted from an existing permission, our client Barratt David Wilson Homes, wanted to provide an alternative mix of housing. This proposal was for 86 new dwellings including 5 self-build plots.

This proposal achieved Planning Permission in September 2021.
