Equinox 3, Tithe Barn Green

This project is the third phase of the Equinox scheme at Tithebarn Green, Exeter.

Following a successful outline permission, we were able to assist Cavanna Homes in securing this final Phase following a competitive bidding process.

The scheme will comprise of 147 dwellings including 36 affordable homes. The project includes a community orchard and allotments, as well as improved connectivity to Exeter Science Park. These dwellings will continue the positive contemporary design rational used on phases 1 and 2.

This proposal achieved Planning Permission in November 2021.
