When developed the Cwrt y Gollen site will be an attractive, sustainable and desirable place to live and work. The new landscape focused development will create a well connected community that satisfies the wider communities economic, environmental and social requirements by re-invigorating this deteriorating site on the edge of the National Park through a sensitive landscape led design approach.

The development will prioritise sustainable development and commit to achieving a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
