Colehill
A residential extension to Colehill was explored as part of this capacity study. The design proposals include 419 new homes at a density of c.39 dph (net).
A highly legible, yet simple perimeter block structure is arranged to take advantage of outward long distance views. A combined green/ blue strategy was integrated into the street design to enhance the scheme’s SuDS capabilities and boost on-site biodiversity.
