A landscape and community led scheme comprising 120 new homes, 35% of which are affordable.

The block structure is formed around a series of community spaces, interlaced with a network of green infrastructure, such as nature reserve, allotments and green/wildlife corridors. Connectivity was one of the major challenges for the scheme. The ability to safely navigate across the A24 to connect the site to Beare Green will be an important factor when determining the future success of the project.
