Alphington

The vision for this urban extension is to create a place that facilitates a low carbon lifestyle through a reduction in car dependency, building design and sustainable methods of energy and heat provision.

It also forms part of the wider South West Exeter Urban Extension which provides for some 3,500 dwellings. This scheme provides 377 new homes set within a comprehensive green infrastructure network.
